How to adapt an overseas impact business in basic pharmaceutical assistance to low-income populations in remote locations?
We evaluated - numerically and geographically - the demand for this solution and the potential relevance of an impact business in this scenario, in the light of the national health and pharmaceutical assistance strategy, considering public policy and regulations in the sector. We structured the business models best suited to the demand, the social context of the areas served and the investor, highlighting the levers for financial viability of the operation.
The study allowed the investor to have clarity and confidence in its investment decision, by analysing various aspects of the business model and evaluating its implications within the Brazilian context.
